Ball Hockey has many different names: “Street Hockey, Dek Hockey, Etc,” but it basically means one thing—Hockey that’s played while you run, not skate. Many find it as a low cost and fun way to begin playing hockey.
We have been playing ball hockey in the Harrisburg area every Sunday for more than 40 years. Most of the time it is a “pick up” format, but other times in league play.
Although the location has changed over the years, we mainly play at The Yellow Breeches Sports Center, in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. We encourage you to follow us on facebook for the most accurate times and locations.
We are a laid back, fun, but competitive group. If you’ve played for years, or never even held a hockey stick, we look forward to seeing you on the rink,
Almost Every Sunday. Times vary based on availability at the Yellow Breeches Sports Center. Ages 16+. Under 18 must have a helmet with a cage. All skills welcome.
